We primarily use UPS and USPS for domestic shipments, and UPS Expedited for international shipments. If you have any specific shipping preferences or requirements, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Rates:

Our shipping rates are flat rates that are subject to change based on current market shipping rates. We strive to keep our shipping rates as competitive as possible, while ensuring that your package arrives safely and on time.

Estimated Time of Arrival:

For ready-to-ship orders, we will ship your item within one week of receiving your order. For made-to-order or custom items purchases, the estimated time of arrival is between 4-8 months. Please note that batch runs will be scheduled and may be subject to change. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to fulfill your order.

Order Processing:

As a one-man operation, we do our best to pack and ship everything in a timely manner. However, due to high demand for our products, our schedule can be stretched. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to fulfill your order.

International Orders:

We offer international shipping at a flat rate that is subject to change based on current market rates. Items shipped internationally will be marked for their full value, including shipping costs, for customs purposes. Customers are responsible for paying any duties and taxes required by their country.

Tracking:

Once your item has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or PayPal. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions:

Currently, we do not have any known shipping restrictions. However, this is subject to change based on changes to shipping regulations and laws.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

All items are insured, and in the rare event that your package arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us immediately so that we can file a claim with the carrier. We will work with you to provide any evidence needed to file the claim and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Return Policy

At The Saber Trade, we strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Due to the nature of our business and the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damaged or defective products.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to initiate the return process. To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must provide proof of the damage or defect (such as photographs). We will provide instructions on how to return the product and issue a replacement or refund upon receipt of the damaged or defective product.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reasons, including but not limited to:

– Incorrect size or color selection

– Delays in shipping or delivery
